McKinsey Cozart

McKinsey Cozart combines over a decade of emergency and aesthetic medicine experience, bringing a nuanced understanding of patient care to CULT Aesthetics. Beginning her career in a high-acuity Emergency Department, she also honed her craft in aesthetics as an assistant in a med spa before transitioning to a full-time injector role. McKinsey refined her expertise under the mentorship of Jen Pilotte and now contributes to training new injectors, with a focus on natural facial balancing. Recognized for seamlessly blending the art of aesthetics with scientific precision, she helps patients enhance their natural beauty and confidence. Outside work, McKinsey loves traveling, attending concerts, and is a proud French Bulldog mom.
Stephanie Fallman
RN
Stephanie Fallman is a distinguished Nurse Injector at CULT Aesthetics Dallas, where she's known as the "lip queen" and a specialist in achieving glowing skin and perfect facial harmony. Her nursing journey began in 2011, first in hospice care, followed by seven years in the Emergency Observation Unit at Parkland, culminating in her role as an RN2 and US IV nurse. During her tenure, she transitioned into aesthetics, training under Jen Pilotte for over three years to master the art of injections. Before her illustrious nursing career, Stephanie worked as a behavior therapist for children with autism, enriching her empathy and patient care skills. Outside the clinic, she is a fervent plant lover, wine enthusiast, and dog owner, enjoys paddleboarding, and cherishes traveling to new places. Stephanie is also excitedly anticipating the arrival of her second child, adding to her vibrant family life.
Ramzy Coleman

Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Medical ICU, she transitioned to a Registered Nurse at Dell Seton Medical Center's Level 1 Trauma ICU after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2019. With six years in ICU, including roles as a COVID Travel and FEMA ICU Nurse, her nursing experience is extensive. Her background also includes a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising and key roles in the fashion industry, including Director of Global Sales for a New York designer and talent scouting at Wilhelmina Modeling Agency. Currently, she is training as a Medical Assistant/Injector, skillfully merging healthcare with aesthetics.

FAQ
Microneedling can treat acne scarring, melasma, rough skin texture, dark spots, large pores and dullness.
Its common to notice redness, swelling and numbness following the procedure. We reccommend scheduling your microneedling 2 weeks prior an event if you are worried about social downtime.
We reccomend a treatment series for the best outcome. You will see improvement in pigmentation, radience and texture with each treatment.
Topical anesthetic cream is applied prior to treatment resulting in a comfortable experience.

When to Schedule Your Treatment
Results are gradual and can require multiple treatments. Schedule this series as a routine appointment in your maintenance plan or 6 at least months prior to a major social event. Schedule at least 14 days before a vacation or work meeting.
